306 Wildflower Wheat
Brewed with our 85% white wheat base malt in our modified decoction mash. A touch of Cascade hops offers just enough citrus to balance the dry funkiness in this beer.
Fermentation was handled by a culture of wild yeasts and bacteria. We simply poured neutral wort over a variety of wildflowers we picked from the roadside on FM306, one of the main roads to Canyon Lake. After vigorous fermentation began, the fermentation starter was added to the beer and allowed to completely ferment.
This beer will be released in the Brewery only on 8/1/15 during Hoppy Hour in the Das Lokal Tap Room and only on draft.
