Hopfenstopfen is a very special release of Blondine.
We dry-hopped our farmhouse hefeweizen with Mosaic hops and bitter orange peel for 14 days. The aroma is all tropical fruit that’s crisp and enticing. A light body and a dry, funky mouthfeel give the hops and orange peel center stage. The finish is crisp and clean and leaves you reaching for another sip.
Only 25 cases and 10 kegs were produced. We will be releasing it in our local tap room on September 3rd at 1pm in both 750 ml bottles and on draft in 12 oz snifters.
